Juicebox served as Fractional CXO of a small, but rapidly growing diagnostics business.

 

As Fractional Chief Experience Officer, I was entrusted with the SDI Brand and administering all content, digital marketing, communications, and experiences that accompany it. SDI Labs is 1 of 300 or so high-complexity labs in the USA and uses robotics, AI, and machine learning to expedite specimen processing and improve the patient experience. I was hired to step in and fill a much-needed gap in inpatient experience and marketing alignment. The first project was to tackle branding and positioning

My primary responsibility as CXO was to be the brand ambassador by communicating the core messages of our solutions. SDI aspires to improve patients' lives with accurate, affordable, and accessible testing of various conditions and diseases. I worked directly with the leadership team to scale a small diagnostics laboratory with clear messaging, marketing goals, and directives. Responsible for managing a team of full-time employees and vendors.
